How does the license work?

One purchase = one license = one code pack download. You can optionally add a website at checkout for your records, but it's not required - the license isn't locked to a domain.

How will I receive the code pack?

Right after payment we email you a one-time download link to the .zip plus your license key. Save the file somewhere safe - the link works once.

Will I get an invoice and receipt?

Yes. Stripe automatically emails you a paid receipt with an invoice (PDF) as soon as your payment goes through. It comes from Stripe, separate from our license email.

How long does install take?

Most stores are live in under 60 minutes. Each pack ships with a step-by-step install guide PDF and a video walkthrough.

Do you offer refunds?

If something is broken or you can't get it working with our help, reply to your order email within 14 days and we'll refund you.

Can I get help installing it?

Yes - reply to your order email or book a free support call.

Why can't I just use the Google & YouTube app in Shopify, isn't that enough?

It works, but it hides a lot of the tracking logic from you. With Shopify Customer Events and your own Google Tag Manager container, you fully control what fires, when it fires, and what data gets sent to each platform.
